Ayurveda and Yoga are inseperable sister sciences.
Ayurveda, the science of a long, healthy and fulfilled life, and Yoga, the science of consciousness and Self-realization support each other.
Without a healthy body that is in harmony with it's own true nature, it's unique original constitution, that which we call "Prakriti" in Ayurveda, the expansion of consciousness can not be achieved.
Likewise in order to bring our body and mind into balance, yogic practices like Asanas (Body Postures), Pranayamas (Preathing Techniques) and Meditation are invaluable tools.
"Saundarya" means Divine Beauty.
